Day 2

Alexander Ovechkin

-captain of the Washington Capitals
- played in the olympics for Russia (A)
- has won a lot of awards (too many to name) and has made a lot of records
- recently won the Ted Lindsay Award
Why I kind of like him: Ovi is really funny when he isn't being cocky or has a shitty attitude. I mean, did you SEE what he did at the NHL awards this year? For those of you who didn't watch, he was making his speech (which was running too long), so they producers started playing music so he'd finish. The hosts for the next awards came out while the music was playing, but Ovi didn't leave the stage. He STAYED ON and FINISHED HIS SPEECH. c'mon, that's pretty funny. plus, have you guys SEEN his interviews with Cabbie?

players in toronto

today, i went to st. mike's avec the madre to pick up some uniform clothes for my bro and i was told that there were NHL players practicing in the arena. immediately, i ran (i'm not even kidding when i say that) into the arena and watched them train. i recognized Alexi Ponikarovsky right off the bat: for one thing he was wearing Penguins pants, and for another i just recognized his face. there was a player from the Coyotes who i didn't know, and i saw who I thought was Gionta (i can't remember what number the player was wearing) and the ever-so-sexy Mike Cammalleri. you all must be thinking "uhhhh HELLO JOSIE! He kicked your Penguins ass in the playoffs plus he's a CANADIEN!!". that might be true, but his sexiness overrules all of that (PLUS IT HELPS THAT HE'S CANADIAN AND HALF ITALIAN (sicilian to be exact)!!)

i love his celebration: he makes a fist pump and puts on a certain expression *melts*
the only problem is he's kind of...short. well, at least compared to a lot of players in the NHL. i guess he makes up for it in another department? maybe he has a big "HEART"! ;)
i'm going to just stop, mainly because he's one of the players in my "30 players in 30 days" posts and I don't want to ruin it for all of you.

seeing these players got me hyped up for the season!!! ahhhh!!!

sexiest door

i've been really busy lately, but here's something to look at while you're waiting for a decent post that's more than a sentence.
here is the sexiest door alive (a.k.a the door in my room that leads to my bathroom!)
there is a huge picture of Sidney (well, duh), three photos of Sidney from team Canada a Patrick Kane corner, and some photos of the players from team Canada!
